I’m an in-class member who also participates in the current Members-Only Livestreams, how do I keep accessing the livestreams?

When you sign up for an All Access Pass on or before September 1st, you’ll have uninterrupted access to the livestreams plus unlimited access to Jazzercise On Demand videos and 100+ livestream replays.

Please note: within a few hours of signing up for the All Access Pass, your Jazzercise On Demand account will be automatically created. Once that happens, you will receive an email with your temporary password. Check out the Jazzercise On Demand FAQ for more on this.

How much does the All Access Pass cost?

The All Access Pass costs $14.99 in addition to your in-studio membership. Please reach out to your instructor for details.

Where do I sign up for the All Access Pass?

Easy! Contact your local instructor to help you upgrade your current membership.

I’m not an in-class member and don’t live near a studio, but I still want access to the livestreams. What do I do?

You can access our livestreams by signing up for a Jazzercise On Demand membership here. 

Why is there a cost for livestreams? I thought they were included in my in-studio membership?

During the global Covid-19 pandemic, Members-Only/Global Livestreams were created to ensure that Jazzercise could remain part of your wellness routine. However, the digital add-on was not intended to become a free, permanent part of an in-class membership. All of the digital Jazzercise content will be available at ondemand.jazzercise.com as of September 1st, 2022.

Why would I pay for something I was getting for free?

The livestream digital add-on was not intended to become a permanent part of an in-class membership and livestream workouts are only part of the All Access Pass. You’ll also receive access to hundreds of fun, effective and safe on demand workouts. 

Plus, the livestream program is expanding. Coming in September 2022, Jazzercise will stream 6+ classes each week at times that are more optimal for global customers. We also hope you’re ready for some new FitPro faces and even more in-class music streaming wherever you go.

Why are livestreams going away?

Livestreams aren’t going away, we are adding to our livestream offerings! You’ll find all your digital workout content at ondemand.jazzercise.com. 

How many live classes will there be per week?

The plan is to stream 6+ classes per week starting September 2022. 

Who is teaching the livestreams? 

The FitPros you know and love will be teaching our livestreams. But get ready to see some new faces soon!

What time will the livestreams be?

Check Jazzercise social media feeds, your email inbox and ondemand.jazzercise.com for the new schedule in late August/early September 2022. 

When will you announce the live class times? 

We expect to announce livestream class times on a monthly basis. During the month of August, classes will be held at 7:30 AM PT on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Follow us on social for all the details. 

Will the livestreams offer the chat feature?

Starting September 1, 2022, our livestreams will not have the chat feature so we can focus on bringing you the best workout - and so you can get your sweat on!

How often will you use in-class music? 

Great news…we are working to bring even more in-class music to our livestreams starting September 2022. Livestreams with in-class music will not be available for replay.

Will classes that use in-class music be available for replay? 

Unfortunately, classes with in-class music will not be available for replay.

Will we add replays to the app? 

Yes! Look for more info on that later this summer.

Will instructors still have access to livestreams?

The livestreams will be accessible to instructors and customers with stand alone On Demand subscriptions as well as customers with an All Access Pass.
