WHERE DO CUSTOMERS REGISTER?

If you are not an active member at a Jazzercise location, head to www.jazzercise.com/ciao and click the registration button. If you are an existing member of a Jazzercise location, ask your instructor or owner for their unique registration code and visit www.jazzercise.com/sayciao. 

 

WHAT IS MY REGISTRATION CODE FOR THE REGISTRATION PAGE?

If you are an active member at a Jazzercise location, your facility owner or instructor can provide you with this code. If you are not a current Jazzercise member you do not need a registration code to register.

 

IS THERE A REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

Yes, registration will close at 11:59 PM on 12/2.  

 

DO I GET A DISCOUNT AS A JAZZERCISE CUSTOMER?

There are no customer discounts for the event, as it is designed to support your local owner/facility through a revenue sharing program.

 

IF I REGISTER, CAN I GET A REFUND?  

Yes, refunds are available through November 29 only.  Please contact Jazzercise customer care at 1-800-FIT-IS-IT or customercare@jazzercise.com by November 29 for refunds. 

 

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC IS USED IN THIS EVENT?

The Ciao 2020 event will have the latest hits that you hear in class. 

 

WHAT TIME IS THE EVENT AND ARE THERE REPLAYS?

The event will begin at 10:00 AM PST. There will be replays at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm PST. 

 

WHERE DO I GO FOR LIVESTREAM?
You will be emailed a private URL and password for the event during the week of 11/30.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND THE PASSWORD FOR THE EVENT?
The password will be emailed to you from Jazzercise, Inc. the week of 11/30 if you have registered for the Ciao 2020 event. 

 

WHY WON’T MY PASSWORD WORK?
Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to double check you are typing it in correctly. If you have double-checked the password and it’s still not working, please call our Customer Support team. Email us at 
customercare@jazzercise.com or call 1-800-348-4748 between 7am and 5pm PST (Monday through Friday). 

 

WHERE DO I ENTER MY PASSWORD TO WATCH LIVESTREAM? 
In the text box indicated “Enter password”. 

 

CAN I WATCH THROUGH MY SMART TV? 
Yes! If you have a smart TV, head to the livestream from your mobile device or tablet in your web browser. Type in your password where it says, “Enter password to watch.” Once the video appears, tap the video for the icons to show up at the bottom. Click the smart casting icon  smart-cast_15x15 or the AirPlay icon air-play_15x15 and select your smart TV. 

 

CAN I WATCH ON IPAD, MOBILE, OR OTHER TABLET DEVICE?
Yep! Just go to the event page through your internet browser. Type in your password where it says, “Enter password to watch.” Once you’re on the video, we recommend switching to full screen mode by scrolling to the far right of your screen and clicking the full screen icon  full-screen_15x15 . 

 

WHERE DO I GO TO DOWNLOAD/ACCESS ADDITIONAL EVENT CONTENT? 

An email with the URL and password will be sent to you the week of 11/30. When you click the link and enter the password you will be able to access all downloadable content and view the livestream when it starts. 

 

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY VIDEOS AND EXTRA CONTENT? 

All extra content will be available by 11/30. You will receive an email with download instructions 

 

WHO DO I CALL OR EMAIL WITH QUESTIONS?

Email us at customercare@jazzercise.com or call 1-800-348-4748 between 7am and 5pm PST (Monday thru Friday) 

 Refresh your page and re-enter password as needed. The livestream will pop up after that. 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE PROBLEMS CONNECTING? 
If there are connectivity issues on our end, you’ll see a “be back soon” message. If there’s no “be back soon” message, check with your internet service provider to ensure your internet is working properly. We recommend having at least 3 mbps in download speed for the best quality. 

 

HOW DO I USE THE CHAT FEATURE DURING LIVESTREAM? 
Enter your livestream password into the text field indicated “Password Required.” After you enter your password, click on “Chat as guest” and enter your name. 

 

HOW DO I REMOVE THE CHAT BOX? 
Hover over the video with your mouse (or tap on the video with your finger if you’re on a handheld device) and click the full screen mode icon  full-screen_15x15  on the far right. 

 

HOW DO I SWITCH TO FULL SCREEN MODE?

Hover over the video with your mouse and click the full screen mode icon  full-screen_15x15  on the far right. 

 

I’M ON MOBILE AND THE VIDEO CUT OFF. CAN I FIX THAT? 
Scroll to the far right of the screen, tap the video with your finger and click the full screen mode icon  full-screen_15x15 . 

 

WHERE CAN I FIND THE LIVESTREAM IF I MISSED IT? 
If you missed the first 10am event, you can come back to catch a replay at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm PST. The event will not be posted for viewing later.

 

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AND SAVE THE DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS? 

Head to the private URL website and you will be able to watch the content within the website or save the content to your device. The password protected website will be up for 3 months after the event. You can go back to the website and download the content at any time within that time frame. 

 

IS THE LIVESTREAM AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, with the exception of China and Ukraine.

You'll receive instructions and a link to download a printable event booklet—filled with recipes, fitness tips, and inspiration plus 8 extra videos with recipes from our Italian FitPros and Emily Newlands Murphy, technique tips with Jenn Holderness and a stress-busting stretch session from Toni Pitruzzello. 

 

WHAT DO I NEED THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

  • Device to stream that has a stable internet connection
